COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I, Taylor Migliorisi, vacated the premises on July 16th, 2012 and left my forwarding address for security deposit, which was to be $300.00. Since then, there has been no contact from the landlord Kim Fox. I have emailed her 3 times asking for return of deposit or written confirmation as to why I have not received my deposit back but she has not responded. It has now been more than 31 days since I vacated and according to Oregon state law (ORS 90.300) I am now entitled to double the amount of deposit. I am requesting the landlord pay the $600.00 to which I am entitled.
