I have contacted and spoke with our property manager (Stephanie Cabral) on May 29th. She told me that she called the extermination company to set up a date. It is now June 1st and I still have not heard back from her. I have spoken with the two other employees but they are unable to do anything without her approval. I have called her on multiple occasions asking for a call back and still have not received one. The only other contact I have from her is an email regarding preparations for the extermination. I've proceeded with starting these preparations but am still waiting for her. In the mean time I'm paying for an apartment that is becoming increasingly unlivable. I'm also concerned for the remainder of the residents and this infestation spreading to other apartments.
