My boyfriend and I lived there for 6 months together. As soon as I moved in, I was covered head to toe in bites from the bed bugs. We both had issues sleeping because of it, which caused us to miss work some days. They knew about the issue for some time, and FINALLY tried to take care of it after several time of talking to them and getting no where, Chris contacted an exterminator. (NOT the landlord, as they should have.) Almost immediately after the heat treatment, the bugs started to show up again, starting in the living room, and spreading to both of the bedrooms. We immediately reported it again, several times, again, getting no where. Then the other bugs showed up, like cockroaches and other small beatles. Finally, this forced us to move out and live with my mom, which is where we are at now. Our third roommate decided to continue staying there until he can find a new place to live. This has caused us tremendous problems and it's unexcusable as to why this wasn't fixed a LONG time ago. Also, our mattress, box spring, couch, and clothing all had to be left there because they were too ruined to bring with. This is absolutely ridiculous and the person/s in charge need to be repremanded immediately. The other renters also have been having issues with at least the bed bugs and weren't aware of it until we spoke to them personally. That itself is illegal! Thank you very much for your help.
