COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Upon check out, Bill said the fridge had not been cleaned "under". It had been cleaned "under" and when it was moved back, it deposited crud from inside it onto the floor. We cleaned up under it again..... The vent fan in the bathroom was not clean when we moved in but he requested us to clean it, so it was cleaned..... The vinyl siding on the outside of the unit, we were told to wash it down, it was washed down to the heighth we could reach without a ladder...(as a landlord myself, I have never required a tenant to wash down the outside of a unit)....
