When I rented this property I was told that the walkway, oil tank, porch, and door would be done. I took possession on 6/26/10 and these items are still not complete. I feel I have been reasonable in communicating my requests to my landlord, but I can't seem to get these matters resolved.

MEDIATION REFUSED: The landlord has refused to mediate or respond to this complaint dispite multiple request both written and verbal. Tenant has further stated that additional written notices have also been provided. The RPA can no longer mediate this case as the landlord is NOT responding to any of our request. Tenant will most likely need to take this matter to court. |
