our lease ended in june, upon which we paid our rent for june and gave our notice. i gave mr. jordan the keys on June 30th and he informed us that everything was fine and he would mail us a check as soon as he had it. after several inquiries about the check i recieved a check for $525.00 with a letter stating he was charging me rent until july 13th due because he believes i didn't give him enough notice.
