COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Nancy is trying to charge us astronomical amounts for items she seems to think are "damages" caused by us. She hired a "professional cleaner" to clean a house that had been thoroughly cleaned. I have pictures that were taken right before the walk-thru that prove that the house was clean. I took pictures of every appliance, inside and out. I moved appliances and took pictures behind them. From the time we lived in the property, I had to require my children wear slippers with rubber soles in the kitchen because the unlevel tiles (which I even stubbed my toe on!) were tearing up our socks. Every time I swept there would be little pieces of grout in my dirt piles. This was because when the tile was laid, it wasn't sealed properly. Well, needless to say, after 10 months of this there were a couple tiles that were no longer secured because the grout had come up. Nancy is trying to charge us for "damaged tiles'. When the downstairs shower was installed, it hadn't been sealed against the wall properly. Not too long before moving out, we noticed that the bottom corners where the shower met the wall, there was some water damage, thus mold. Once again, Nancy is trying her best to blame their self-done construction errors on us. They claim that water came over the top when we'd shower, and somehow only damage down at the bottom. There were NO signs of water ANYWHERE else. Once again, I have pictures to prove this. There is more to mention, but this space doesn't allow.
