This apartment manager has a major problem with children, please please call me for further details, my lease has been terminated illegally!!

Renter Apr 21, 2008 216.107.126.122 I have had NO contact with coporate office, I have previosly had NO contact with the manageer since September of last year and no out of no where my child is a nuissence? Where is this coming from? Why is the manager allowed to verbally assault and harass my minor children and then lable them? How many famlies have to go through before this behavior is stopped. Just last night the "manager" was in my home again yelling at me and my children,taunting me and my children!

Agent Apr 21, 2008 RETALIATION STMT: You are protected against retaliation from management. Renter is advised to contact corporate IMMEDIATELY if they feel their manager is taunting or harrassing them.

Agent Apr 21, 2008 FINAL: Based on Mississippi and federal statutes the management office is acting in conjunction with their rights and obligations. No discrimination evidence has been found.

Agent Apr 21, 2008 Based on complaints from neighbors, management is exercising their right to terminate agreement. They have agreed to allow tenant to remain until the end of school year.

Agent Apr 21, 2008 Corporate has informed RPA that several complaints have been filed about the tenants child. Corporate has been in direct contact with the RPA concerning this case.

Agent Apr 21, 2008 MISSISSIPPI STATUTE 89-8-13 provides landlord with the right to not renew lease agreements, regardless of reason. Landlord can terminate lease early due to breach of contract. Including nuisance complaints.

Agent Apr 16, 2008 MEDIATION AGREEMENT: Management has agreed to allow tenant to remain in the unit until the end of this school year, in order to allow her child to remain in his school and class. Tenant will not be required to move until the end of May.

Agent Apr 16, 2008 Corporate stated that they have tried to work with the situation, but due to continued complaints, and fear of losing other tenants; they have no choice.

Agent Apr 16, 2008 Corporate informed us that many complaints have been made about the tenants child being a nuisance. In order to accomodate the majority, management feels it best to not renew lease agreement.

Agent Apr 15, 2008 Contacted Managment Office. Vicky (property manager over Eileen) was out in the field. Case details were left with Cathy, who has emailed request for response to Vicky. Pending Response.
