WHY ARE MY NEIGHBORS GETTING US IN SO MUCH TROUBLE!?

mE MY DAUGHTER AND MY FIANCE JUST MOVED IN A NEW APARTMENT IN Wisconsin.  Me and my daughter frequently butt heads when she doesn’t get her way(teenager),SUPRISED!? She has adhd and she gets over emotional at times. We had an arguement the Friday before Christmas. I asked her to get off her borrowed boyfriend’s laptop and she refused. I told her by the count of 3 if she didn’t log off I was going to take it from her,and after a few gimme’ grabs back and forth I got it. 2 seconds later the police were at my door. The downstairs neighbors said I was abusing my daughter. My daughter had to be removed from the house or i was gong to get arrested. She went to stay with her grand parents on the father’s side,and her father. Now THEY REPORTED me for abuse and neglect. Without my daughter for Christmas,and upset,me and my fiance’ are furious at the neighbors and accusations against us. NOW, 1 WEEK AFTER CHRISTMAS, me and fiance got in an arguement (verbal) and again the neighbors called the police and said bodies were being thrown around.FALSE!, just a little yelling. The police said that if they hear one more complaint from the neighbors that we would both be arrested.I still don’t have my daughter back … How can this be right!? Don’t they realize that they are ruining our lives! It scares me so much I feel that if any of us have a disagreement we have to talk it over in a park! in fear of going to jail because of the over-exagerating neighbors. What can I do? I will be facing eviction and a permananent record! my life is getting RUINED!???
