who pays for pest control
By Mukund
My leasing office is pushing me to get the pest contral treatment done immediately at my cost. What options do I have?

Normally pest control should be included in the contract and services as outlined by your landlord but again this is dependent on the contract. If you need to check it out with your landlord, better talk to him in order to clarify before you make another move. If all else fails, you can file through RPA’s complaint center at http://www.rentalprotectionagency.com/complaint_center.php in order to clarify issues like this. |
