Want out of least.
By Ellis Thompson
I just moved into a duplex in Dallas, TX, It’s a mess and I want to move.
Code violation:
- No GFIs in bathrooms or kitchen. Electrocusion danger
- No smoke Detectors in Sleeping areas as required by Dallas City code.
- Electrical issues – Possible Fire hazzard
- No annual required city inspection.
Seeing as I have the above issues I feel they shouldn’t have leased this property as it is. Do you feel I can get our of this lease?
