what do i do in the state of california? he has served me with an eviction notice, and has falled to acknowledge my breathing problems, and being ill for the last year. please contact me personaly 530-503-7041

Hello Scott. You need to have a certificate from the doctor that your breathing problems is because of black mold. If your LL served you with an eviction notice because you did not pay your rent, then that is something that the landlord can legally do. But if he has given you the eviction notice because of your breathing complaints, then that is a form of retaliation and a violation of your rights. You can file a complaint against your landlord via the RPA. You can do that via their complaint center. Good luck!
