Sorry landlord
By
How long does a landlord in south carolina have to replace a non working refrigerator? I contacted my landlord, by text, phone and email, stating my refrigerator had quit working. After 4 days a replacement was delivered, which did not work either. It took approximately 5 days to get a working refrigerator. Also, the cold water handle in the shower broke and it has been approximately 10 days and it has not been repaired, although the plumber has come out and cannot find the required parts, saying he will return to try and make repairs tomorrow. This building has been sold since I moved in. Before moving in, the carpet was loose at the front door and in numerous places in the apartment. NOW, the hot water is spewing out rust colored water. When the refrigerator went out, I lost all contents of both refrigerator and freezer resulting in an approximate loss of $100.00 in food. Is there anything I can do to recover the loss of the food?
