short sale issues

By Nicolle

I have currently lived in my home for almost five years. The landlord is short saleing the house because he is about to lose it. I have refused to use the lock box, and because of this have been very accomidating to people that want to show the home. The house has been for sale since october, as many others in this subdivision. The realtor is causing trouble with me landlord by telling him that the house wont sell because I won’t let her show it. I have only refused her access twice when my kids were sick and asked her to re-schedule one other walk through because I didn’t want to take my kids for a walk in 18 degree weather like she suggested. What are my rights in Idaho as a tenant if this house is forclosed on? What are my rights if the house sales before I can move in March? How do I deal with this realtor without making my life more difficult than it already is?
