Screens for my windows

How do you go about obtaining screen for your windows? I live on the 2nd floor of my apartment building, I like to have my windows open without having to worry about wasps and other bugs or birds flying in.  My landlord said that he typically does not supply them to the 2nd floor beings that we have central air. What difference does that make?

Yes it does! The reason for that is the building (that has central air conditioning) was not fitted for screens on the windows originally.

I’m experiencing a similar problem and my sister works for an attorney so Ive been looking into this and will continue to do so. I will have an answer by truesda so please check back then. Give me til tuesday evening no later than 7pm.
