I am a single mother of 2 girls i live in a 2 bedroom duplex and have a roomate who has a auttistic boy. We were served an eviction for non payment of rent . There was a code violation complaint filled because of unsafe living conditions. Roof is bubbling,neighbors ceiling collapsed,black around tub & toilet,also in window seels,car jack holding split support beam in attic, back yard floods & house is sinking & rotting, green is along bottom of house. Roof bows,shingles coming off roof leaks,ceiling seperating from cabnets,&main beams.The person who signed my rental agreement has broke into our house steeling rent money,& personal things, police peports have been filed waiting for responce, threats have been made and my I.D was returned to me from her family,personal issues talked about with neighbors from owner , and attempt to retrieve keys by another family member, someone else served the eviction papers & 3 day notice. different information on forms and incorrect false dates.Attemt to repair has been asked & 2 years almost here.Manager took roomates lug nuts off vehical &tiers flew off while driving to get his son. My roomate also had to close his bank account because manager was electronaclly withdrawing his money, reports have been filled, but there seams to be nothing happening . Manager was evicted from owners other property &now lives in the garage next door to us.There is 5 people, 7 dogs, & 7 cars for the 2 bedroom duplex with hole in the ceiling, & owner is aware. I have very limited income NOwhere to go , & my kids arre scared,now this eviction.the first is here i have storage to pay because i removed my belongings from the unsafe roof & manager.. rent is due , need to move , and i’m being evicted  what are my rights , or what can i do .. PLEASE HELP US I’M DESPERATE , LOST , SCARED, AND BROKE.???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????/
