Renter and Landlord is in Foreclolsure

By Francine

my landlord was forclosed on and the property went to the bank.  I talked with the bank and they refused to give me any information. So I decided I would wait for an offical notice to vacate.  Yesterday, I got a notice that the property was going up for sale at an auction in 10 days. I am so confused, do I have to vacate before the auction date, do I wait hear from the new owners,  or do I have a certain amount, by law, to vacate.   I have not received any notice addressed to this issue.  All I have seen is a notice saying the property was going into forclosure and a notice about the auction date.  I just don’t want to come home to my belongings on the front lawn.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
