Landlord sent me a rent due letter
By Robert a 562
I got a letter three months ago saying that my rent would increase from 1600 to 1800 for personal reasons. the next month I sent to the office expecting to pay the new amount. The lady at the office said my balance was $1600. So I paid it and got my receipt. I did that the next month as well. now the landlord sent me a rent due letter saying I owe then $400. do I have to pay the $400 cuz of there mistake?
