Problem with septic tank and electrical wiring in the home I rent.
By Katherine Allen
In the past few weeks my septic tank went out and started flooding the front yard every time we washed clothes, toilet usage and tub and kitchen sink use. Is the landlord responsible to clean the septic tank if I rent the home?

Maintenance, yes he is. But if there is some sort of damage caused by the tenant, the tenant is responsible as well. |
