Hello everyone, We had recently gone to court for nonpayment of rent, We agreed to pay landlord $500.00 per wekk until past due rent was caught up, Then my fiance got hurt at work, He ruptured 3 discs in his neck and has nerve damage, he has to have surgery adn will be disabled (he may never work again) Now ofcourse we have broken the court order for nonpayment and have court tomorrow foreviction, What are my rights? having 5 children under 18yrs and now a disabled fiance will the judge let us stay until we can relocate?
