no heat, landlord not providing help

By admin

My Landlord has repeatedly come to my house to fix the heat. It has been 3 months. He repeatdly shows up under the influence of alcohol. We have only had propane tanks to heat our 3 bedroom 2 bath house. They are not reinbursing us for anything! What is the best legal action I could take?

I have had my apartment complex people come to my apartment at least 5 times to fix my heat. They do not return my phone calls and now are trying to kick me out. What are my rights?

My heat does not shut off and currently my Landlord is fixing my unit with a outside contractor. Unfortunately, I am forced to buy a heating units which blow my fuse in my apartment leaving me with no electricity, this had been going since Thursday 1/27/11 and it is 2/1/11. I have called the office no one answers and msg board is full right are my rights.
