Need to break lease due to husbands company moving us
By A
We are currently having issues with our landlord, who is trying to charge us three months of rent to break our lease. We are being moved by my husbands company and do not have an option in this matter. We have 6 months left on our lease. The major question is…can she charge us three months of rent to get out of our lease? and If she does charge us three months of rent, does that meant that she cannot rent out the house for three months? I just want to know my rights.
