monthly inspections

my landlord wants to do monthly inspections. what is my recourse?

Hi Angela. As long as they will give you 24 hour notice regarding the inspection. Then that’s fine. |

I moved into a new apartment on 9/15. Today, my landlord came upstairs with a “revised” lease. She says there will be monthly inspections. WTH???? I feel like I’m in the twilight zone. She also added NEW rules that were never mentioned before. |
