If you’ve got a mold problem and your landlord isn’t fixing it, you should file a complaint. Here is a link to the landlord tenant complaint form: https://www.rentalprotectionagency.com/complaint_center_form.php

I had to file a complaint about some repair issues… after filing the complaint my landlord quickly fixed pending repairs in my apartment. Its stupid that my landlord made me file a complaint. But now I can say that I don’t have any more worries. Since the complaint I’ve noticed my landlord is very prompt with request.

Hope that helps!
