In the last 2 years i have had  4 different issues witha mice. i could not live in my living room for several weeks each time due to the mice issue.i contacted the rental office, they looked into it and set some traps, i also bougt traps foam and other supplies. am i entitled to a % off the rent for the times i couldnot use my living room /dinner room due to the mice issue. and the price of the supplies i have purchashed. i have all the receipts. by the way i had to put a board up between the entrance to the diiner room / living room for fear the mice would get into the bathrooms or bed rooms or kitchen.

Must have been a mice hunt. I hate that kind when that happens. What I did before is I talked to my landlord whom eventually gets rid of it and then I also tried asking about a % off from my rent. He did gave it to me according as to whats stated on my lease. You can probably do that.

Yeah! You should talk to your landlord about that issue. So he can make an action as soon as possible. It’s very nuisance having that in your place and it can be a health concern. Hope you’ll get through with this.
