Lost Job and Can’t afford Rent

I lost my job so I’m not able to make my rent payment. I would of been able to pay for two months out of my savings. But Where I live at the basement flood. I had to threw alot of my stuff away. Because of the flood in the basement and the garage. I had to pay for clean up and trash haul away. I used all my savings on this house. The lights in the house did not work for a long time(1 month)intel this weekend. The toilet does not work. Now we have no hot water. Now I lost my job and i was not able to pay all of the rent last month I owe 345.00 plus this months rent. But my landlords asking me for money. But I don’t understand I told her I put all this money into cleaning up the damages and I showed her all the receipts and she does not care. She said I want my money. She said she was in this same thing when she was younger and she made it. later i found out by her husband that she lived with her aunt rent free and had free daycare. 

So my questions is can I get out of the lease. There is black mold in the basement and that’s the cools places in the house because there is no air conditioning. i tried to put air conditioner window units but the electrify is really bad the light got really deeming and it was making this noise. So i just unplug it i was not sure what was happening but it does not sound good. It’s very hot. I have a little 5 year old that does not handle the heat very well. He throws up alot and does not want to eat. He’s always saying he’s tummy hurts and he has a headache. and my oldest has Asthma really bad. He has night coughs really bad and he’s always says he has a headache. I just want to get out of this place. how can i get out. But i don’t know where can i got? I really don’t have any family to help me.
