Live in a mobile-home ran by a nut-manager

I’VE lived here in this Westwind mobile park since 1997.  The current manager started in about 2006.  I can absolutely relate to all of the problems that I’ve read from tenants on this web-site!  What really makes me mad is that MANY of of residents filed a civil lawsuit against the park for numerous civil code violations!  We just settled, because the majority of the complainants were so lazy, or was just contented with what money they received, (or MANY OF THEM never suffered the oppression that my family endured!  One of the issues was the managers harassment, but that issue never even make it to the podium!! Now because we have a "settlement", it never will and this lying, conniving, power-driven female will never have to answer for her actions!  I don’t even have room in this comment section to describe her actions!  She is known to harass single and elderly women, (like myself) on fixed income, and especially with a male child in the home, (doesn’t matter how old the child is.)  Also as one of the comments stated, this Manager also has her all female cliche that supports her in all her lies!  I thought our attorneys were more ethical than they turned out to be, but upon their opening statements, I knew the harassment was NOW low on the issues, although we were told that it would be vigorisly litigated, and I had at least 6-7 years of documentation, and DIRECT EVIDENCE!  So I realize that my situation will be pretty depressing for many of you, but perservere in getting yourself informed on your rights, and options!  There are some.  You just have to be willing (and I understand that some of you are disabled, or not able) take the initiative and do all the hard work inorder to get informed as how to protect yourself!  I, myself, do not have the money to seek advice from a "GOOD" attorney, because that’s usually a good thing!  But also think about Disability Rights of California for those that are disabled, because typically these kinds of "NUTS" pick on the most vulnerable!  Personally, because of what I’ve seen from our Park Manager, I don’t even feel she’s of this World!  She belongs in hell!  Now I understand how the term "LandLord" came about!  Many Managers do see themselves as "LORDS", when they and their friends/clich is just what I call "Pretenders"!!!  They all pretend to be nice, or helpful, or so femaleness, but their ALL SCUM!  BOTTOM FEEDERS/DWELLERS!  You know who I’m talking about!  The scum that worked on Wall Street and was responsible for our financial collapse!!  Yet got away with it all!!  So, therefore, they are difficult to take down, or even stop their illegle behavior!  But your BEST WAY to start is always documentation!  Put up a survelience system!  You’ll be surprised how a few cameras will prevent adults and their little punk kids from coming onto your property!  That’s what we did!  Of course, the Park doesn’t like it, and has sent me notices, but so what?!  The Park has them, and I also have the right!  Just be sure you get one’s with sound, and point them downwards so it looks like they are monitoring just your property!  YOU WILL BE VERY SURPRISED AS TO EXACTLY HOW FAR THEY SEE/MONITOR!  And get a system with a DVD or computer cability, NOT the old video-tapes!  They’ll drive you crazyer!  Believe me, even this will not stop the power-crazed Manager types, BUT IT IS "DIRECT EVIDENCE"!  Plus, it gives you back a sense of enpowerment, and puts your enemies on notice that your capable of fighting back!!  It’s that helplessness feelings, and anger that will eat you up and cause you ALL kinds of medical/mental issues!! You know!  Not sleeping, constant worrying, constant anger, trying different ways of staying out of trouble with the Park/s Mental Manager, etc..!  It will also help you if your ever facing an eviction, or false charges!  Try and find the money as I know on fixed incomes, it’s HARD!  But that’s what these types of managers count on!  They know how much your income is, right?  Having said all this, if anyone has any helpful information for me, especially one of you ethical attorneys, please feel free to answer this very long comment!  Because I HAVE THE EVIDENCE TO PROVE MY CASE OF HARASSMENT, AND OTHER SERIOUS VIOLATIONS BY THIS PARK AND MANAGERS!
