Legality of bedbug addendum in North Carolina
By
I rented an apartment in NC. Whiel moving in I have to sign bedbug addendum. Which makes tenant resposnsible for the payment incase of bed bug infestation. After I moved in we found bedbug. Now owner is asking me to pay for treatment. The addendum says tenant may be responsible for treatment. As per present law in NC can I make the owner pay for traetment.
