landlord with an attitude problem

This landlord delay in making repairs. This house is very outdated. It had a serious insect and rodent problems which I took care of myself. It was costly. I had no money. Last year in December I had a one thousand bill because the heat wasn’t working. The early part of this year the pipes frozed, and she blamed me for that. My parents rented this place out for me to keep me from being homeless. And it’s not worth 485 a month. She kept harassing my parents for me to open the cabinet doors to let air in. It was colder and very drafy inside then it was outside. She got sarcastic and said, "everybody watch the news, why didn’t I open the cabinets?" The second call this past summer was trying to find out about how many weeks notice to give before moving. The guy answered the phone. I heard her in the background saying, "I didn’t want to answer the phone, look at the number, I will mess around and say something out of the way to her." "I don’t like her, you talk to her." "I know she’s saying something smart, what is she saying?" "She better not saying anything." I asked the guy if you want a one week or two week notice. He said, "one week is fine". And that was it. The phone call yesterday was about the thermostat not working property. I used an example to the electric company. I asked, "if the thermostat is set at 85 but it only goes to 75 and stop will the set temperature of 85 cause my bill to go up?" And she said, "it’s possible". I talked to those people yesterday and today. I called the landlord about the thermostat, and said the same thing as I did to the people at the electric company. He kept repeating that he didn’t understand what I was saying. And said, "that his other tenents don’t have this problem." And that she’s on the phone contacting someone about getting the thermostat repaired. I called the landlord yesterday and she said, "I will have to do a work order, and someone will be out tomorrow." I waited the entire day and no one showed up. I know, I have this backwards. I’m frustrated and pissed off right now. She was suppose to do the work order yesterday 10/18 yesterday. The repairman was suppose to be here today 10/19 She didn’t make a phone call because I didn’t hear her in the background. Look at the center of paragraph, she was talking in the background about me. But, it was silent in the background today. I have never been so miserable in my life. Could somebody give me some good advice on what to do? I’m seriously thinking about moving in my car. I thought, I would give this site a try to see how it is. I wish, I could be a landlord, because, I know how to treat people in a professional manner, rather it be personal or professional.
