Landlord trying to keep my deposit by turning away my replacement tenants.
By kmala
I am breaking my lease and need to find a replacement tenant. The management company after two weeks of giving me the run around finally says it’s okay to have any potential tenants sent to the office. But when i send them over they are being told no units are available.
Can they do that? They are hindering me from finding a replacement. Why? What can i do?
