Is It legal

By Monika

Is it legal to accept a renter with a dog, not ask if it is nuetered and then kick a tenant out after 2 weeks because of it. Not only was I told to leave BUT TO LEAVE IN 3 DAYS AND ALSO PAY ANOTHER MONTHS RENT TO BOOT. How can this be legal? I didn’t even get the month I paid and they want another while I try to relocate and pay the intitial costs for that. This is not only unreasonable, I feel it is questionable at best. Please advise. Thank you

Is it legal

By Monika

Is it legal to acdept a renter and agree to a dog, take the rent and deposit and then after 2 weeks kick the tenent out.  I was not told my dog  had to be neutered, or even asked if he had and now am kicked out for it.

I was given 3 DAYS TO MOVE AND pay an additional month or get rid of my dog. I don’t feel I should have to pay for a month when I must also leave and not of my choice. Do they have the legal right to do this? I believe it’s because they need 30 days notice, but I don’t believe that should apply to this. I moved in in good faith and don’t believe I should have to be expected to move and pay another months rent plus deposit elsewhere, in 3 days, and also pay them.

HELP Please.
