im going to lose it!

    hi my name is bertha and im having a big problem with my brother in law who is the landlord of the house i leave in right now everyone that leaves here is family but i leave in the second floor with him and his family i have my room and living room but the problem is that he lost the house to the bank and he is now not paying mortgage actually it been a while so we still dont know when the bank is taking the house so now everybody is staying to save some money so when the time comes we have money to actually move out but my brother now is charging rent again because he saids he is not paying the water and garbage bills by himself so we gave 1050 dollars already for the past two months and now he is charging electricity seperatly he talk to his brother who is my boyfriend and the deal was 550 well my boyfriend tought it was for the electrical bill which it should be enough but now he wants everything seperate so is he suppost to be cgarging us rent even if is not what we used to pay before after he is not paying anything except the bills please someone i really need help with this thing is driving me crazy
