I’m constantly falsely accused.

The people at the leasing office constantly accuse me of being late of payments that I do not owe.  When I prove them wrong in their assumption then they go to something else.  I, along with some other neighbors, recently had a sticker placed on my car to be towed and it was towed.  The other cars that also had stickers on it to be towed are yet in the parking lot. My car was towed on February 10, 2011 and here it is March 1, 2011 with the other cars still there.  I don’t have and have never had their washer and dryer, but yet they repeatedly tried to charge me for  using their appliances despite the fact that their maintenance personnel came to my place and determined (several times) that it was not theirs.  The list goes on and on- it’s just too much to list right now.  Please give me some advice as to wheter or not I have a case against them.
