I did a final walk through in a house I lived in for 4 years. I didn’t sign anything. Now 2 weeks later, I got a letter in the mail from the property manager saying they are charging us for things that weren’t there and etc. What are my options in fighting this?

Did you document when you were doing the final walk through? Did you take pictures? If not, it’ll be your word against your landlord’s. It’s best that you dig up every document or picture that you have about the property to prove that your landlord’s allegations are false. You can also file a complaint against your landlord through the RPA.
