How and Can I get a eviction extention I a?
By Texas Renter
I curently reside in dallas and was served with a eviction notice for paying the rent late, we are behind a month. I was hospitalized in September twice both times was extremely serious and then lost my job during the second hospitalization. I am the one who brought in the money and my husband only brings home a fraction of that we are still making payments but are behind. I am now receiving transfusions due to my illness. Is there anything I can do at this point to help give me more time to pay?
