Excess noise
By jess1770
Hi, I just got this letter from my landlord about excess noise coming from my apartment. I have two cats and as a pet owner you know they are going to make some noise. Cats are allowed in the apartment I live in. The letter states that the noise is coming from my walls, floors etc. I live on the 3rd floor and the new tenant is on the 2nd floor. I have lived here in this one place for just over a year and no conplanets until now. I am normally a quiet person.
