Coackroach infection
By Ruth Vasquez
Hello:
Six months ago I moved with my 7 years old daughter to an apartment that seems nice but since started Spring season we see more and more big cockrachs each day. I realized they are coming from little holes, even from the bathub water hole. I covered all the holes that I can see and I keep my house very clean but the insects still showing up. It seems like we have an epidemy and the building should be fumigated but how I can make this hapens? The lanloard just don’t care.

Hi Ruth. So sorry to hear about your problem on cockroaches. Normally when it comes to these pests infestations the one responsible to pay for the rental unit to be treated is the landlord that is if the pests came from your neighbor or if proven that the tenant did not bring them in. Since your landlord refuse to pay for the treatment then you can file a complaint against him. I believe the RPA can help you out with this kind of problem. Here is the link you can use http://www.rentalprotectionagency.com/complaint_center.php?id=51dd308610038 |
