Centipede Infestation – HELP

Help! I don’t know where to go next. Here is my story:

I have been having a problem with centipedes in my apartment for the past 6 months. I have called management over 30 times to remedy the situation. This is not an exaggeration. They continue to send out the same exterminator, which is not fixing the problem. They refuse to try other solutions or listen to me about where I think they are coming from. After multiple calls to get a hold of Brad Harrison (the superintendent) , he finally agreed to caulk my bathroom window last week. (I had to call him from a blocked number for him to answer, because he wasn’t returning my calls or messages). I have pictures of every centipede dating back to July. I have woken up with a centipede crawling on me in my sleep. Since then, I have been scared every night to sleep in my bed. When I call to try and get help, management just pawns me off to the next person because they say they have no power. No one wants to help me. I recently said that I want compensation for the past 7 months for dealing with this, and Brad said they can not do this. When I spoke with the local manager, Ann Marie, she said she didn’t blame me for not wanting to pay my rent and that she would have to talk to her boss to find out what they can do. I call management everyday trying to get answers and today when Brad said that they are not going to make any changes to my rent, I was extremely displeased. I am ready to take this public and to every agency and health department to simply get what I deserve. The only solution they offer is to continue to send the same exterminator out, even though that is not working. I find one to two centipedes a day currently and in the past it was up to five. I feel like I am constantly calling and trying to get answers and management does not offer any form of resolution and then simply say "We will call you back." I can’t live like this anymore and it isn’t right for me to pay full rent if I am living in a centipede-infested apartment.
