The agreement is only between you and the landlord, so the first to be notified with the eviction is you and not just any parties. You need to discuss the concern to your landlord with the eviction since you still need to be doing the Move out inspection. But your landlord has the right to show the apartment to any of the possible tenants prior to the eviction. |
