Are screens required?
By JeffW
I was just wondering if screens on windows are required in apartment and, if so, is it the landord’s responsibility to purchase and install them

I have a similar question. I’m renting a house in Austin, TX and there are no screens on any of the windows. Should my landlord provide them? |

I’m wondering the same thing and I’m going to research it because my sister works for an attorney who is also her landlord so I’ll have an answer no later than tuesday. Check back then. I’ll be sure and bookmark this page. |
