angry I ask for repairs Can he evict

My rent has been paid on time every month since I lived here. I am a single mother of two on disability and in the Social Security and County Social Services system. I have had to ask my landlord to replace two lights, and two outlets. Also he had to replaces a space heater. In order for the electric repairs I had to involve the county housing inspector. My landlord is bitter and wants to evict me. He plans to give me thirty day notice on the first when he collects Decembers rent. (According to his fiance/aka property manager). We are quiet, well respected in the neighborhood and always pay the rent. Can he evict us on no grounds?
