Angry as hell

So im renting a trailer. I been here since August. so far we have had three electrical fires, leaks in walls ceilings and mold growing every where! Not to mention its super infested with rats that eat our food clothing and furniture. I have even woke up to find one crawling on me and my one year old little girl. The rats have made their nests in our air duct and clogged it all up we cannot get heat or air to run through house and when we try it reaks of rat crap which is extremely hazardous im sure. I have complained over and over sent txt messages made calls even told her I would get health department involved if she did not fix things and she still has yet to do anything. we signed a year lease and pay 900 dollars a month in rent for this crap hole. I am constantly cleaning rat crap off counters and floors my house is clean as far as how I maintain it so it has nothing to do with the way I live but we cannot afford and wouldn’t pay for it if we could to fix this irresponsible womans rental. we want to move but are afraid of the consiquences for breaking our lease and losing our 900 dollar deposit as well . I have called the dhh  the environmental protection agency financial aid and consumer protection. we are desperate for help and low on cash please give us some helpful advice.
