Lease issues
By Gwen
I am renting in California, my signed lease ended and I was renting month to month or at will. I have been notified by a note on the door that if I do not sign a lease on Monday, my unit will be out on the market and rented to someone else. I have done nothing to prompt this notice, they are doing this to the entire complex. Is this legal? I did not have plans to move, but wanted the option if any of the property management jobs actually happen for me. Thank you for your time in this matter.
