I HAVE A FEW BUCKS IN LATE CHRGS….I HAVE PAID FOR SEVERAL MONTHS MY RENT AND THE OLD LATE CHARGES JUST ROLL OVER  I HAVE PAID EXTRA TO KNOCK AWAY THE BALANCE  MY LAND LORD IS DEMANDING THEM PAID IN FULL AND WANTS TO RETURN MY DEC RENT CHECK I WANTS TOTAL BALANCE……THEY HAVE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS ACCEPTED JUST THE RENT AMOUNT AND ON OCCAISION EXTRA WHEN I COULD AFFORD IT….ARE THEY ABLE TO EVICT ME?  I OFFORD TO SIGN A PROMISE TO PAY BALANCE WITH NEXT CHECK ON DEC 24  WHICH IS 420.00   AND THEY KEEP MY DEC RENT CHECK….CAN ANYONE OFFORD SOME ADVICE…

:)  NOT WANTING TO BE HOMELESS AT CHRISTMAS TIME…

late fees

My property management company, GTS properties Las Vegas, was closed on Dec 31, 2012 which was a Monday, that is not a holiday, i tried to call and got no response, went to the office and no one was there. January 1, 2013 was a holiday, so there was no way for me to make a payment. so I went there today January 2, 2013, to make a payment, and they are charging me a late fees…… is that legal? If they were closed on the Monday before the holiday which is not concidered a holiday, I dont believe they have a right to charge any of their clients a late fee!!!!

Can any one tell me if that is legal, Thanks
