Need help now!

By need help now with a hateful tenant

What can you do when a tenant makes noise all day, and expect you to be quiet when they want to sleep.  They act ike they are the only one living in this huge high rise apartment building.

They have called the police and security patrol on other tenants saying that they are the ones making the noise.  Just foundout that they don’t have the proper floor covering as we can hear them dragging furniture across the apartment.

But here is the kicker, they are friend with them manager so when the police comes, they get a call from the manager stating that the police or patrol is ciming up and the noise stop.

They are irgonant and hateful people that should never been brought into society as they can’t get along with no one.

My question is, how can I catch them.  One police officer told me to record the sounds and then I was told not to complaint about the noise.  If so, I will be asked to vacant the premises.
