Hello, I have been paying rent for 2 yrs to the lady that rented the home to me. Last week I got a knock on the door and a lady started asking me all kinds of personal questions. I asked who are you she states I am the owner of this property and you should not live here.  They informed me the lady I have been paying has defaulted on their contract by  no payment for 2 months and having me live here and from now on I pay them rent. I spoke to the lady I am renting from and she states that is not true they are buying this place and she is going to sue? I am stuck in the middle and not sure what I am supposed to do.
