increase in lease terms
By Curt
I plan on staying in my apartment for 2 – 3 months past my lease agreement. My lease states:
This lease shall automatically be renewed for successive terms of one month each, on the terms and conditions contained herein.
Does my rent payment stay the same as the lease states, or can the landlord increase my rent by $250 for each month I stay past the end of the lease.
I have given the landlord 60 days notice of my intent to stay.
Thanks
