criminal rehab moved onto my shared property without notice
By Janice Wunning
I have a property that I lease from a landlord who lives in Kentucky. It is a horse property I use for buisness. I have a home and barns and stalls and an arena that is in the center of what was the owners’ family propery.
There is a home the owner from Kentucky owns that sits at the back of property and then in front of the arena is another house and guest house the daughter once used.
My home and property in next door and a thin line of see through trees divides us. My property is for lessons in horsebackriding, colt training, show training . I board horses and sale them.
This long distance owner has been a slum lord and not fixing things for me and taking advantage of my need for this property sincece all other properties are only zoned for 4 horses and I have currently 25.
The problem is the property manager is not taking care of buisness and has continually rent to people who disrupt my buisness and turn out to be bad renters. This time they have rented to a prison fellowship and they are moving into the same property that shares my land and are right there in full view of all my clients. They are coming out of jail and prison and look like they are with all their tatoos and style of clothing. Who knows if they are rehabilitated or not? They have varying problems and already this outfit has been chasing all my clients away with their lack of concern for my buisness. They have been having buzz sawa and cutting down trees right in the height of the morning lessons with no neighborly notice or trying to work things out with me. Do they not have common sense and ealize horses sppok easy and ??
Should I have been notified of this home coming in and do I have any rights?
Thank you for any help. I live in Thousand Palms California
