Sub-letters rights

I am subletting a house that someone else is renting from yet another person. A verbal agreement to pay 400.00 a month was made and to date I have become behind one month. The full amount for the original renter is 400.00 a month yet, the person who we are sub-letting through has closed off two of the three bedrooms so they would have a place to sleep when they "visit". My questions are 1. Can she just toss us out without giving us the lawfull 30 days to catch up the rent? What are my rights as a rentor in that scenario? and 2. Do I have the right to have access to the entire home, all rooms if I am flipping the entire rent bill, including repairs, utilities etc?There has to be a lawful way to handle this situation. I do have receipts where rent was paid to her.
