problems with my neighbor

I have a neighbor that has complained more times than i can count right now about noise coming from my loft. She has complained about moving furniture in the moring when i clearly was only getting ready for work (only noise she could have hear was my shower water running). Since hen she has complained about a surround system in my loft… i dont even have speakers for a tv, i have a projector for a tv, and speakers for that either. Now she is complaing about my computer speakers being too loud. They are just some small speakers than we listen to our music on. I do listen to music on my computer but not crazy loud nor at night this has all been around 3pm. I feel she is complaining over nothing. Is she being unreasonable?? I mean i feel i need to be comfortable in my own home and be able to do what i want at a reasonable volume. Please tell me your thoughts!! This lady is driving me crazy! Thanks

There should be a decibel limit per time of the day in your state, you should look into it. It is usually no louder that a loud tv during the day, and no louder than a loud conversation during the evening. If you are not exceeding this, she has no reason to report you, and I believe you can report her for harassment.
